Too Busy?
This article is a good reminder that some of us (myself included) need to consciously make an effort to not be so busy: Too Busy to Notice You’re Too Busy - New York Times. It is nice to take a break sometimes, even if it just for a chance to calmly whittle away at the to do list.

Busy, yes, but you've always been a person with a sense of how life should be balanced, and how to keep it all under control and within limits. You may work until 2 sometimes, but you also turn around and take time off for a good massage and stroll on the beach in some exotic locale or other.
